Trails in the Wood

There are two waymarked trails in the Wood: the Easy Access Trail and the Norsey Trail. Waymarks are posts bearing the trail logo situated at intervals and at junctions along the trail.

The Easy Access Trail has been specially designed for those who require, or prefer, a smoother surface and gentler slopes. You can see an example of the waymark on the pages devoted to this trail. A leaflet is available at the Information Centre.

The Norsey Wood Trail is the new name for the former Nature and Historical Trails and follows the same route. A free trail leaflet is available at the Information Centre.  Numbered waymark posts are in position along the trail.
